The "Bulletproof" Packaging: Every figure is secured in high-quality bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy, over-sized outer box. We never use "flimsy envelopes" or thin mailers that risk crushed corners.
Location & Speed: All orders ship directly from our Ohio vault.
Handling Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. All other orders ship within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your label is generated so you can monitor your figure's journey.
Authenticity & Return Policy
To maintain the "Mint Condition" integrity of our inventory for all collectors, we enforce a strict return policy. As a small business, we never open our factory-sealed boxes to ensure maximum protection and original value; therefore, all internal manufacturing details remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
100% Authenticity Guarantee: We do not sell "HK versions," bootlegs, or knock-offs. Every item is a verified, authentic release from Tamashii Nations, Storm Collectibles, or the original manufacturer.
Unopened Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the factory seal and/or brown shipper box remains unbroken. Once a "New in Box" figure is opened, its market value changes, and it can no longer be returned.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item is packaged with the same "Bulletproof" care we provided. Original shipping costs incurred by the Vault are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage: In the rare event that a carrier mishandles your package, please retain all packaging materials and contact us with photos within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim.
